It has a large private garden perfect for alfresco dining in the Summer or super living room with wood burner for those cosy Winter evenings. Dancers Cottage is the perfect Rural Cotswold Retreat for family or friends to get away. Sleeps 11-14. Private inflatable 6 person hot tub.

Dancers Cottage is a super self catering property nestled between the beautiful Cotswold villages of Eastleach and Southrop. Both villages are only a 1/2 mile walk from the house. Lechlade is 4 miles away and offers watersports on the River Thames, walking on the Thames Path, then why not finish with tea & homemade cake at one of the Artisan coffee shops? Burford is 8 miles away and has the renowned Burford Garden Centre, Burford High Street and Cotswold Wildlife Park. A little further afield you have Buscot, Bibury, Blenheim, The White Horse at Uffington, Oxford, Cheltenham and Bath.

LIVING

Kitchen

Super, large kitchen which is fully equipped to cater for family or friends getting together. Vaulted ceiling and windows overlooking the river. Electric Range cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Krups Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine (Vertuo Coffee Pods not provided). Breakfast bar with stools.

Living/Dining Room

Door through to a lovely open plan, living/dining area with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, and a large fireplace (logs provided - seasonal). Sofas & arm chair, an entertainment system including a Smart TV, DVD and SONOS sound system. A large dining table seating up to 14 and sliding doors leading out to the garden.

Television Room

At the rear of the property is a second sitting room/TV room with an additional Smart TV, DVD, sofas and arm chair. This room can also be used as an additional bedroom due to having a king size sofa bed (This must be requested on booking if required).
Dancers Cottage has a laundry cupboard in the hallway with tumble dryer and washing machine.
Highchair & travel cot are also available on request. Please note that you will need to bring your own linen for the travel cot as we do not have/provide this.

This property sleeps a total of 14 guests - 11 people in 6 bedrooms and 2/3 people on the additional sofa beds (1 in bedroom 4 and 1 in the second sitting room/television room).

OUTSIDE

Fenced, stone wall and gated garden with lovely lawn area. Patio area with a large table with chairs, parasol and Gas BBQ.
Large wooden gates enclose the courtyard/parking. Parking for up to 4 cars. Additional parking is available opposite the property.
The River Leach flows adjacent to Dancers Cottage.

A 6 person inflatable hot tub is available during your stay. There is an additional fee of £250 per week or £200 per short break should you require. Please request at time of booking – minimum of 3 days notice needed. Children's paddling pool can also be supplied on request.

Dog friendly – up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge of £35 per dog.

Wood burner – please note that logs are only supplied to guests between 1st October – 30th April.

Gas BBQ – Gas is supplied.
