Ground floor

• Open the front door to a long hallway leading to open plan kitchen/dining area,  steps down to living room with french doors opening onto the decking
• Spacious and light open plan fully integrated kitchen with double oven/grill, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer - everything you need for a self catering holiday
• Dining area with dining table and chairs for 8
• Beautifully light & airy living area with vaulted ceiling, comfy sofas/chairs and large windows looking out to the lake

• Off the hallway you will find a Double Bedroom and shower room
• Hallway utility cupboard with washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge

First floor

• Master Bedroom with Zip & Link Super King (or Twin) & En-suite shower room with wc
• 1 x Zip & Link King (or Twin) - request upon booking
• Single bedroom with pullout bed. This room has a steep ships ladder leading up to a small mezzanine/loft area.
• Family bathroom with shower over bath

• Fully gated decking with glass fronted balustrade onto the lake.
